The seminar itself is ten minutes long. I give free food. I raffle a gift card away to increase the volume of people interested. The key is to get the activity director to comply with the request and put it together and promote it and you work together with them to do that.

My average sale was about one to two sales per seminar. There were plenty where I did three or four or five thousand dollars in commissions. And there's plenty of them where I didn't do anything. Definitely expect your results to vary!
